So your other half has just popped the question...


First of all CONGRATULATIONS! This is such a super exciting time and I can't wait to hear how they've popped the question, its my favourite thing to hear about when a couple contacts me!


But what are you meant to do now that your ENGAGED I hear you say?!?!?


Well here's three things that you need to make sure that you do now you've got that sparkler!



First things first...


1.Tell your parents and family


This is your first stop make sure your parents, your family and those friends that are more like family know so they can start celebrating with you! These are the ones that you don't want find out from any kind of social media and need to be told face to face so you can enjoy all the hugs! Plus they can help you pop that champagne and celebrate in style!

Then you need to...


2. Head to social media if that's your jam


So all the important people know and you still want to yell it from the rooftops that you're engaged to the love of your life! So it's only right that you take that selfie with that sparkler and make it IG official and let the world know that you're getting MARRIED!

Then there's the most important one

3. Do nothing


You won't get this time back when your Newley engaged so make sure you take a step back, relax and soak it all in. This time is so special and a massive milestone in any relationship, so take some time out with your partner and enjoy it. It won't be long till your knee high in wedding planning and organising hen and stag do's so enjoy just being you two and don't put any pressure on starting to wedding plan straight away, there's plenty of time for everything!
